Inappropriate Elf Contest Submission

I don't know if you've ever seen the Baby Rabies Inappropriate Elf contest, but this year I decided our elf, Dinkle HAD to enter.  The key to a really great Inappropriate Elf submission is finding an actual real life inappropriate event and having your elf behave accordingly.  I knew I had my event during the MTV Video Music awards.
